Last night I had my girlfriends over to see our new place. One of our friends was in town for the holidays, visiting from California, so it was the perfect time to get everyone together.
For an appetizer we had a 6 layer bean dip, served with tostitos chips. For dinner I made gluten free chicken and cheese enchiladas with salsa. On the side I had the fixings so everyone could make up their own dish to their liking. It was great! Rachel made her famous bean and corn salsa for a side dish. For dessert I made brownie cups, served with ice cream and homemade whipped cream & sprinkles. Ashley made a gluten free cake for Angela’s birthday and Christina made yummy chocolate chip cookies with caramel inside. The food was great, but the company was even better!
