This past Sunday we celebrated our little pumpkin’s birthday party! Landon is turning 1 in two weeks, but we will be away in Florida- so we wanted to have a party here in NJ as well!
His party was held at one our favorite local parks, Hedden Park, in Randolph. We invited all of our close friends and family to come and celebrate Landon turning ONE with us. The theme of the party was fall and we decorated the entire picnic area with pumpkins, hay bales, sunflowers, candy corn & anything else that you can think of that makes you think of autum. We had a pumpkin decorating area for the little ones and even a game of Jenga for the adults.
I was so nervous about the weather. The week leading up to the party they kept predicting rain. It even rained the night before, however, to our surprise when we wokpe up, it had stopped. When we were setting up for the party, we could see the sun peaking out. Thank you Jesus! Despite the humidity (and my terrible hair), the weather ended up being perfect. We ate a lot of great food that the hubby cooked and had a great time gathered together with all of our friends.
THANK YOU to everyone who came to celebrate L’s birthday party and for all of the amazing gifts that Landon received. He is so spoiled by you all! We feel lucky to have spent the day with you and so lucky that Landon has you all in his life. Thank you for sharing this special moment with us all!
